It can KILL. My grandson lost his father when he was 18mths old, the Doctors (2) over subscribed the dosage to be taken, hence it took him out in a flash. The corner ruled negligence, but that doesn't bring back your father.
Because the grandson was only 18mths old, you cannot claim compensation for the loss of a father for the likes of emotional reasons and the fact that you will never have a father etc, as they say he was too young to experience the loss -> go figure??????????
When he was around grade two, one day he asked his mother (Daughter), would it be OK to tell my mates, that I don't have a Father? As one can imagine, the gut wrench feelings hearing that.
