Hi Tau

I do think that too much introspection is not always good as I like everything to be simple and not think too hard
As to "well" I will not complain as I see others who are having a hard time and all I have to take is one BP tab per day, when I see doctors they always ask me where are all your other tablets, which I apparently should have at my age
