LOL that would guzzle some petrol.

Not sure if I save much on fuel costs having a diesel engine, diesel cost more than petrol. Mind you Toyota stopped doing the Landcruiser with petrol engines because people were not buying them.

So it seems the Kings fridges have a Huayi compressor, looks like a Chinese name but quick search on my phone found its a Spanish company, surprise surprise. Anyway got a 75lt duel zone for $597 in including cover and wireless gauge, fridge has 5 years warrantee. would have gone for a 90lt for just $100 more but just a fraction too wide

It's been running for 2 hours and it's down to 3 degrees which is the set temp for one side, other side set to -18 degrees lol I'll be surprised if it gets there. This will be a test for the solar panel and lithium battery, fridge has low voltage cut out so will not drain the battery completely

Yeah Engel is a legend of a fridge but gees $2k for a 75lt, if the Kings fridge last 1 years after warrantee expires I will be happy.

Next purchase will be a 270 degree awning, they are so cool. Lots of different brands, Kings do one for half the cost of others but I'll do more research
