@cowcockie good to hear from you. Yes the antibiotic has done the trick, still have to finish the box. I am a big yoghurt fan from way back - will also look out for that green powder i used to get, can't remember the name now, tastes a bit like grass, but is a probiotic. Feeling on top of the world now, seeing it's my names day in Europe (no not Patricia, somehow the Irish Catholics changed the names day calendar - but have lots of good things to say about the Irish . . .
