Another million thumbs up from me.
These bones are rockin' big time. LOL
Big complaint - discharged from hospital Monday and have managed to drop 5 kg - done nothing but eat more than
usual and drinking so much sustagen could not find the plain stuff at the supermarket so got Dutch chocolate - yum.
Scrambled eggs and 425g can of baked beans for dinner tonight followed by apricots and cream. Pity about the cholesterol. LOL
Sunday night has always been my one scrappy meal for the week.
B-I-l took me shopping Saturday and he drives a 2 seater - low to ground - Sis at home with gardening gloves and 2 pronged weeder
left under her nose. Hint Hint.
Told me she walked the garden - noticed water iris shooting and all the weeds and how she loved the perfume of the Michalia. LOL
Most grateful for his help.
Managed to sit quietly outside rugged up but in the sun and pulled weeds and collected empty chip packet, pie wrapping and leaves
and ended up with 5 buckets from my small front garden. Starting to look like my joint again. LOL
Also managed afternoon nap and will catch up with the thread eventually.
Getting very good at morning and afternoon naps these days. 3 hours and then the bladder says - get up.
