Anyway, this morning I roasted cauliflower with drizzled olive oil and a chopped leek. I then whizzed it with chicken stock and some full cream milk. But the best addition is the Blue Cheese. This soup is all mine! I added also Mersey Valley grated cheese but its the Berry Creek Riverine Blue (Gippsland) which is the wow factor and pure indulgence. Oh, and maybe the milk which is now my everyday milk although I need to take the car for it as it is not sold at IGA, lol.
