Pica - cruel to read this delicious recipe, when I am just having a baked apple for lunch - I did have my usual raw muesli-type breakfast though and a coffee - coffee and tea is allowed. I buy the A2 (full-cream) milk - imported from over your way, but delicious. there is a local producer who sells farm-fresh milk from special cows - Jersey or Guernsay cows - and it is delicious - but the A2 is the same and the local product is even more expensive and one has to buy it in a glass bottle, but always remember to return it etc. (not a bad thing, but the price is outrageous). I also make cottage cheese from it and the difference between that and the read-to-go stuff off the shelves is huge.
Your recipe sounds absolutely delicious - must try it, though, normally cauliflower doesn't agree with me when it comes with a rich sauce etc. so I don't know, but will give it a go.
