Have an Extreme complaint:
Re Phone Automation:

Just wasted a lot of time on the phone trying to take care of some things
,
It seems there are new positions held by 99% of office (non)worker staff.

It called "hit the instant transfer butting as soon as the phone rings"
now one can tell,by the pause and thr re start of a ring ring,
that am being transfered,so after listening to may rings,with
not a single one going to voice mail,, farted in their general direction,
and hung up,,,
,
Rung the 1800 number as had many direct lines to try first,
the 1800 played sheet music,and adds,
and then hung up...,
,
Time to hop on hoss and leave some rotton cabbage at their front desk..
,,,
Arrrrrrggggg
How cont they have to keep asking,,select from the followng,
then sellect from the next following,
and then you get through to someone,
and get told, no
no
no,,,
we have changed,,,we dont deal with THAT following anymore,
let me transfer you,,,
and the music goes round and round again,
and now have 27 more grey hairs.
