It took 9 hours on a thin mandolin
By 40kg of saurkraut got didded
it to a wheel barrow or cabbages
7 packs of caraway seed
5kg of carrots
and
1kg of cooking salt,,,

However there was a bonus,,and would like to share with both vegitartians and carnivors
you can adjust to your ilk but here is the gist,,,

- 1/2 cabbage any sort cut to 2cm bits
- 3 carrots cut into 3 bits
- 7 cloves garlic rough chopped
- 50/50 water and tomato juice
- light or heavy salt...
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- meat eaters can add any old suasage,,or pigs bum etc,,,but it should be deli standard not raw/ shrooms an option
- some pickled snow peas( if u have not then anything like 1/2 tin saurkraut,,,or some curkins or some sour veg will do
- 1 tea spoon raw/or any sugar
- 3 table spoons corn or potato flow dissolved in cold water
- 1 to 5 eggs ( i used 5)
- parmisan cheese/ and another hard cheese ( i used goda with cumin)
- right boys and gals here is how simple it is
- cabbage/garlic/carrot/water/salt/pepper/tomato juice/pickled stuff/sugar/just toss the lot into pot and bring to boil
- turn down heat,,add the corn/potato flower cold mix
- crack eggs over the top to poach
- grate in parmisan,and some bit chunks of hard cheeze
- cover let steam
- eat
- have much fun farting all night long,, your gut will thank you
In Arab lands unless your burp after food you are considered inpolite,,,
so its ok to do so
