pica - I agree - middle daughter 'had to have' her hair cut - cancer - still looked good, but always had the 'perfect' head shape, face etc. Now she still has very short hair, but dyes it red, as she lost all colour due to the Big C - fingers crossed present treatment is working.

I am no fan of such short hair! The main reason is that without make-up (these women are heavily made up, including the fake brow thing everyone is doing now) they would look like either boys, but the hint of concentration camp, institutional stuff, military, also cancer?? etc. is there

. . . you'll see they'll give up on it, too. Being in the public eye, they have to change 'their look' regularly to keep their fan base happy - or stay in the glossies

I am going to try short hair - but am growing mine atm.

Need to go into 'the garden' again; my man is hard-working, but lacks in the decision-making department (and is deaf, too) - but a great guy - 80 and still works like a Trojan.
