It is very lucky you had an ultrasound!!

I didn't go to church today.

I'm going tomorrow night, because my son asked me to.

I find it more beneficial, for me anyway, to meditate at home and have quiet time.

Some people worship at church, and some people worship at home, all good!!

Do whatever you need to do. To find Peace and calm.
