Okay - Confession time.
We've been buying those Cheese stuffed Peppers from Aldi's and Coles. The Coles ones are spicy and hot.
Both win a prize. I caught hubby eating them all.
So I bought an old dying bush from Bunnings, the only one that looked like these peppers for 50c. They have this tray up the back of the dying and forgotten. I've cut it back and managed a few peppers from it. Let them dry and have taken the seeds to grow my own.
OMGoodness, next year there will be stuffed peppers. Yippee!!!!! They are stuffed with feta cheese and sit in oil. Have to work out a recipe.
