utilisation of assets. A companies assets has always been its employees and for some reason we want to bucket them into a 7.5hr day 5 days a week. there is the capability to work 3 shifts in 24 hours which would give us better access to global markets as well as give us the competitiveness to compete on the world stage. This would also provide cheaper products for us. many cities around the world work 24/7 and are making us appear lazy and unproductive. our current services are stretched to their limits but only during a few hours per day. Let’s smooth out the highs and non profitable lows and create a more realistic situation.
