I have a complaint about Australia Post. I ordered a filter for my vacuum cleaner via ebay. Was told it would arrive 11th or 12th December.
Stay home, keep checking outside, etc. Leave gate unlocked for delivery. Nothing.Contact ebay who contacts seller who says it was sent on order, which was 6 December. Now it is 16 December and new date promised for receipt according to Australia Post is now 18 December.
Australia Post has big big problems getting new staff employed for Christmas parcels. Heard that on the news. Is that how Australia Post communicates?
Sheesh. Why do vacuum cleaners break down at Christmas time?
ps I do have a spare vacuum cleaner, which I am learning to love in preference to my stupid, overly expensive Dyson.
