The recipe is very easy. All you need is 1/3rd of a cup of white vinegar, one can of sweetened condensed milk, and mustard. I used some Keen's powdered mustard and some seeded mustard. Beat it all together. It will be a bit thinnish, but once it stays in the fridge overnight it become much thicker. You can thin it with ordinary milk, if you wish. I used in on the cooked potato salad whilst it was still warm and didn't bother to thin it. This mayonnaise makes a great dip for carrots, celery, etc. Hope you like it.....
Makes plenty..... I did use it all on my potato salad for the BBQ because it was large enough to serve 8 - 10 people.
