I am part of a consulting business that works in the aged care sector. One of my colleagues has a PhD in healthy aging and the other is a doctor. I have done work on the future skills needed for the sector, learning methods and some work on how to respond to those elders whose cognitive issues include abuse. I’ve also done a course on dementia. which one did you have in mind?
of course there is evidence, well known for many years that cognitive processing speed diminishes with age but accumulated knowledge and experience acts to compensate in real life as opposed to tests.
