Oh, sorry I forgot to add. Have you worked on the floor for any period of time in an advanced dementia ward. Not just a walk through but ducking objects being thrown, abuse and physical attacks. (I will add that they do not know what they are doing as it can be judged as a childish tantrum) or have you made these judgements from behind a desk reading reports and then sitting around a conference desk sipping coffee. the enquiry although partially required does not or will not resolve the issue. The restriction of certain aspects of control and increases in reporting does not give credence to the report. these will continue to be overruled by the profitability of the organisations. let me know when you intend to spend a week in the ward so I can come and video you for my studies and the enquiry board .
