I wish I’d taken my studies more seriously. I really did think it was about fun. Trouble was I never had to work that hard to do well and so was extraordinarily lazy really. I did have fun though. I did stats as part of psych as well but it always was such a soft science. Mind you it Dane in handy years later when I was doing a little exercise on gender pay gap. Or another interesting review of pay rates where correlations were a useful way to demonstrate that there was a positive and demonstrable relationship between a man’s height and his pay and an inverse relationship between a woman’s height and her pay. Not that it should have done as a surprise to anyone but useful to show the data and blind people with science.
