    @michelef

    Yes, thank you for your understanding.

    The radial nerve down the arm is a severe pain.

    Your symptoms are so similar to mine prior to my first surgery.

    I was on

    Lyrica
    Targin
    Endone
    Endep
    Also trialed Mobic and Oxycontin.

    None of them gave me any relief from pain.

    In fact, they messed with my head so much that overall, they made me much worse.

    I do agree with the downhill cascade that occurs without enough sleep.

    Many will disagree with how I manage now but it works for me.

    One small smoke of the funny stuff is my only medication now. I switch off, forget the pain and then sleep so very deep. I do talk alot though lol..

    I can still function effectively at work and do not have the psychological impacts that opiods gave me..

    Well... That is what I say... For the current truth regarding my psychology, you have to ask my beautiful wife.

    All the very best to you with all you are going through. I certainly can relate.

    Regards Ken
