    2. do Hold Windows Key+E
    3. Click on flash
    4. right click properties
    5. rename something like Keepout,or Page or LeaveIn
    6. select format, format to NTFS
    7. select use this for ready boost
    8. Its now becomes virtual Rams
    9. Reboot
    10. do not ever pull flash out ( if need be sticky tape it to usb port.
