Yeah, had considered subdividing but would have knocked down existing house and put 2 x side by side townhouses. The battleaxe subdivide means you have a long driveway to the rear house that would be a waste of space.

Also, although the town houses would be narrow (9.5m wide lots each) as the block slopes down from front to back I could put 3 levels but from the front would only look like two.
