those sound great. last night i made cheese balls - with creamed cottage cheese, fetta and cheddar with a bit of herb and spice, rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried. equally delicious cold. your rolls sound like a variation. i could add spinach to the cheese rolls too - that might be nice
