    I think removing the pressure helps....I’m (only) going to stop for 1 day 2 days a week a year etc then I’m going to smoke like a chimney again or when I get there I might decide to extend another day another week....also not smoking the last cig or two helps....leave it close like the car...just put off smoking it...in emergency smash glass...lol....
    ..also focussing on not giving the thieving govt any more tax helps..I bet when smoking levels really drop and there’s no revenue they’ll find some excuse to drop the price again and increase consumption...
    I have nightmares now and then that I’m been smoking and wake up relieved it was a dream....
