there are people born with true gonadal intersex - that is both male and female organs - and they may have both sets of chromosomes. Rare but it occurs. Whether any of them have been both kicked where men says it hurts and delivered a baby through normal means I do not know. Whether any of them have talked about the experience is also unknown. But who knows where the wild fancies and interests of readers will take them.
