Oh, those naughty possums bouncing about on their trampolines, (lol, sorry, trying not to laugh). You need solid lengths of substantial wood, driven into the ground and angled in toward each other, well higher from the top of the tree. As you can tell, I have all the ideas. What I don't have is knowledge of a strong, competent, willing male, with horticultural experience, and lots of muscle, prepared to do this task as a volunteer for you. Oh, and he would need to have a Permit as an essential worker, live within 5 km from your house and wearing a mask. Given there are possums involved, he may need to social distance himself from them given this is Melbourne, a capital city which protects its possums better than it does its citizens!!!!
