So, I reckon I know the identity of the bin thief. He has 3 kids, one a baby. Lots of nappies. One guess as to where used nappies are now residing.....and who do you reckon NEVER disinfects the bin....
Complaint 2 No-one allowed in church garden for any worrk purposes without completing a permit form. Well form refers to "employee" and "employer". List hours and days of work, etc. Not me, I respond. Church doesn't employ me thus I am not an employee of said institution, so not signing form as it's inappropriate. In fact pulling out 10 small weeds, all alone, mask firmly in place, and surrounded by only the garden shouldn't count as "work" nor be risky behaviour.
Am I supposed to fill out a form for that 3 minutes of "work"? Nuh, that took me 60 seconds.
