I once loaded up the wheelie with a male's clothes from my house, his hat, his towel and everything else he'd leave here to mark his place in my life. It was raining, the bin was full.........the lid exposed everything to the rain. Wheeled it out onto the nature strip, rang him and said OK, you'd better come and get it before people pinch your stuff. Later that evening he came to fetch it and rang me from outside to ask for plastic bags to carry things back to his car. I said, NUH!!!! I told him everything would be replaceable by a hundred bucks, I don't know why you bothered.
This is the Mr X I sometimes speak about here. He is a very good natured man and I would like my world to be without him.
He actually enjoyed telling his mates that story. I made sure I ran over his foot with the bin as he was departing........ naughty me, but he needed a wake-up call.
