Think I got 3 raspberry's had all these canes that I thought where dead then found apparently that was normal. Well eventuality a couple of canes came to life, unfortunately others didn't and only a couple of new canes came up and as mine fruit on two year old vines it's not looking good for next year.
Are yours the type that grow fruit on first year or second year canes?
Had Gerkins growing for my son to pickle, was doing well but heat wave knocked them out. Around 7cm is ideal for pickling transparently, had them growing in the round wire cage. Check them daily but gees I'd not see some and they would get too big
