Your son's hands sound beautiful. No, I didn't fail my dad's test or, if I did, he was far too loving a father to tell me so. His own hands were nice but overall size appropriate to a small built man.
My siblings and I can never make any reference to our dad, even to this day, without a smile appearing on our faces. A much loved man by all and sundry but especially by his family.
