"Several businesses have been shut down by the government for failing to comply with coronavirus restrictions, including QR code rules, as Victoria recorded no new local cases but Sydney’s outbreak continued to grow.
The government said seven Victorian businesses had been shut down for blatant breaches of the Chief Health Officer’s COVID-19 directions."
