Not at all. I get script not cash, hence won't be exposed to a Capital Gains tax position. Moreover, the company taking over APT will be a dual listing, so Australian shareholders will not have the complexity of the exchange rate between USA and the $A. I am thinking this is definitely going to be an excellent way for APT to go, given the huge growth in the bnpl sector. Love the management of APT.....they are very smart cookies.........
Besides, I am very patient and a long term holder of a bnpl winner.....
