I hope you are feeling well today. It rained all night here and now it is blowing a gale as well. We are going to light up the wood burning stove again as it is freezing.

So, we will probably need to come down to the big smoke the week after next. I don't normally come as the shops still send me into a complete panic attack. So I write a big list and then my beloved trails round and gets all of the things and packs them with military precision and returns. The problem is, if we stay over, we have to unpack and repack.
So any day is ok except Monday and Wednesday. We could meet at the house, I will bring some lunch for the three of us and then he can go off to do the shopping, leaving us to have a lovely long chat. How does that sound to you?
