I hate it when I lose things. Living here means my specs may be upstairs or downstairs, on the computer desk, on the tray near the TV, on a chair, or maybe in the refrigerator!!!! Resolution for me is to have a pair of specs in one place, only ever removed for looking for lost glasses and when I find them, replace looking-for-lost glasses back into its forever place.
I was able to find my shopping list, 20 minutes after much searching a couple of days ago.
I found my spare padded envelope for sending coffee bags to friends in a place I just didn't think of, and that took me about a week to find it. I simply comforted myself with the idea that I had posted an empty envelope into the mail box and all I was looking for at home, didn't exist in my house.
When I cease looking for something, I usually see it ..........
Best of luck re those specs. I am sure they will scream out to you very soon......if you don't curse them or look for them, they will just appear!
