Well this is not a compliant, how often do you get an insurance company contact you saying hey we over charged so contact us so we can give you a refund?

We happened not that long ago and think I got about $60 back, well today I got another letter like that. Rang the phone number and was on hold for a while, gave up to try the online option

Well it was quick and turns out I will get just under $600 refunded, that will cover the cost of wine for a little while

One of the policies in the refund was marked as in active so a rang them(not refund number) to check my insurance was up to date ie 3 cars, guy was quite helpful and yes all insurance active. I mention that call was prompted by a policy marked as inactive on the refund letter, he explained that the where providing refunds on policies that have been inactive for years not just active policies.
