Exactly With internet and social media some business use product reviews to their advantage but encouraging people to post positive reviews, goes on the old motto of good customer service " If you are not happy with our product/service, tell us, if you are happy tell your friends"

Yes some are dimwits and usually because they don't read and follow instructions One of the things I sell I get people calling saying "it's not working or this is wrong ect" 99% of the time it's operator error. There is 3 simple steps to operate but but instead of doing step 1, 2 and 3 in order they do set 3 the step one and then step two.
