Think zones are pretty standard but you pay extra for fancy zone and control system, my two spare bedrooms don't get much use so leave them off all the time unless some one staying over.
Any other time of the year I would be telling myself that this is not worth the cost, almost feel like ringing them up say "how soon can you install it"
