With so much time on your hands you should build a wood oven.
Brother has made one and retains heat for days and doesn't use much wood to heat it up.
He does Roasts, Pizza etc etc in it, everything just tastes devine. (Nearly as good as yours).
You got plenty of wood on ya block?
Only got photo of it before he finished it off.
Next time I'm down there will take photo of it all finished.
