Not just the state governments but clubs and pubs too and the sad think is that they profit from those that can least afford it. Beats me how they can do that with a clear conscience
People who come over to WA complain at the high cost of drinks and food in pubs here, it's the price we pay for pubs not having pokies to supplement their income.
I also like that lotto over here is owned by the state government and all profit get hand out in grants to community group and good causes
