@Justis - it's an army cookbook - I just figured out the Vienna Steak could make 60 - 70 meals.
I once owned a whole bunch of 'Salvation Army' cook books, from when we bought the disused 'Salvation Army Citadel' - kept one, tossed the rest out, but sadly I lost mine.
It was wonderful to read through it - got some ideas from it, too - but it's lost
