I'd say the biggest cost is transport and storage, there are strict rules for how it is stored on the farm and used ie application rates.
These farmers I know, Wongan hills and up towards Moora swear by the shit LOL and have very productive farms. One got offered $30m for his farm, didn't hesitate to accept
