LOL Mr Figjam is just being himself, that is the set temp and I some how doubt it would get down to 18 without the A/C working it's guts out
When I worked on the trawlers you would go into the galley of some boats and would have the A/C set so low they would wear jumpers inside and there would be condensation on the walls
Room temp at 22-24 is fine IMO, wait a see. They say each 1 degree changes power consumption 10%
