Friends who walk through my front door say, "oh, it's lovely in here". Seriously, it is very comfy in my home with the aircon.
I set at 21 downstairs only. If it gets too cool downstairs, switch it to upstairs zone. The upstairs area, previously red hot, then cools off and the downstairs becomes "just right". Not too hot, not too cold. Just right. The Goldilocks Rule. Bedroom upstairs becomes just right for sleeping, but turn off aircon for the night.
I remember being told to open the Manhole in the bathroom and the roof will use the coolness of your room to chase the heat out of the roof and through any gaps in the tiles and the solar whizz. Quite a rapid way of drawing up the cool into the cavity area.
