The market ie power companies themselves are tuning away from fossil fuels, as coal fired power stations are coming to the end of there design like the power companies that own them don't see that it is viable to refurbish them or build a replacement.

Power companies are there to make a profit best they can if coal fired power plants were more viable that renewable energy they would invest in coal fired power plants. But renewable energy is getting cheaper and cheaper

No need to ague with me, you try and convince the power generation companies to invest in coal fired power rather than renewable
