It would be a bit of fun here.

Recently, my frugal side was triggered when the diced beef which I cooked up with diced vegies, failed to be anything like tender.
The internet provided the cooking time required and I cooked for that 40 minutes, as required. Vegies were fine, and given I had some homemade pumpkin soup in my fridge, I heated that and added the vegies only, leaving the meat in the pot. I had already frozen containers of the meat and vegie cooked together, so hauled these out of freezer, removed the meat chunks and placed them into the slow cooker. The meat became really tender and yummy. Gave me much satisfaction, that I did not waste this meat.

Been reading some shorthand from the internet, Taurisk. Can you manage to read this little story? I am struggling with a few words but most is OK. I think the right side of the page is missing some of the detail.
