Yes taurisk I take thyroxin (replacement) tablets everyday and will for the rest of my life.
I think if I didn't for a few days I'd have effects. Body can't function properly without that to my understanding. Get blood tests every 6 months or so and they often jiggle dosage to keep it at good levels.
can't drink milk / dairy for an hr or so after taking the tablets . Not sure what happens if 1 does. .but got the impression it wasn't good
