So someone asked about some positives:

My biggest joys are my pets (family's pets) who I look after and connect with and recently my 1 year old niece who takes that petsitting / babysitting experience to the next level.

I've enjoyed working in mental health / counselling helping other people and have had great personal connections with people I've been able to talk to on a real deeper level to help each other with support and growth and enduring challenges.

Financial self sufficient within a budget is a major one of the past 10 years, no longer have to work though if I move or want something more from life would need to increase this.

Overcome personal struggles in my life, teenage suicide attempts, family conflict, tend to receive blame when I ask for help from parents, autism, but think the good things in my life are comparatively great to what I hear about others and their outlooks (a lot of angry people on HC about money and politics and conspiracies etc).

That's about what I can think of right now.
