@Justis - a Blast from the Past, it's called! - It rarely works, but I would be too curious to let the opportunity pass to really get to know why she rang. A meeting for coffee would be a harmless way to find out - and then you can make a better assessment, if you even like her, or maybe she could be good friend material.

But it does sound like she was in crisis and remembering her past had some regrets - and maybe she is a little unsound - keep that in mind.
