    I reckon the government is gonna implement spending restrictions soon. Easiest way to control inflation whilst protecting the integrity of our economy.
    Watch this space. It’ll be designed around aged categories. 65+/retirees will be allowed to spend up to the equivalent of the aged pension, or for self funded retirees the equivalent of the aged pension plus an additional 25%. 18-64 will be tiered based and set at a percentage of your income excluding cost of living essentials. Anyone who spends over their allowance will be fined.

    Interest rates are ineffective as the economy and society is very different today. The government hasn’t learnt from previous mistakes in our history. The actual problem stemmed from the government trying to use outdated policy out to fix a modern issue.
    Interest rate rises are actually going to accelerate inflation, it’ll do the exact opposite of what they are trying to fix. If they continue along this road, it’ll lead to certain collapse of our economy. It won’t be the bottom buying opportunity everyone is thinking, there’s a major fundamental problem with the economy and boy it’s gonna be spectacular
