Well I could have complained or used modern tech today but chose to phone.
Help every where I turned and explanations for queries.
Seems medicare pay into a nominated bank account and send claims on to
health fund after they have done their bit.
Nice to have calls end with - it's been an absolute pleasure to help you and I do wish all
my calls were as pleasant as yours.
After yesterday am going out of my way to be extra nice.
Currently eating white grapes (felt like a beer after dd's humour) - must check market.
