Sometimes I wake and ready to get going at 6.30 - 7.00 am. Now, I have had only 7 hours sleep, maybe less. Get up eat a warm breakfast, and have a cuppa (or 2). Return to bed, next thing I know 1.5 - 2 hours have gone by and I am now very refreshed.
I live in the slow lane where I am most comfortable. That is the line for the introvert, so I have always known it to be the right one for me for my entire life.
